Today I went in to get an upper GI because I still have no restriction. Well, duh, my band is not in the right space. that was nice for supporting everything I'd been saying thus far, and means my calorie counting plus exercising really did a world of good.

What I didn't expect (and this is the major cliff notes version) was that my surgeon wants to operate tomorrow. Yeah. I literally have less than 12 hours until surgery, and I have to decide what he changes it to (if he changes it at all- which he has to if it eroded, but doesnt have to if it slipped) All three options are available to me (which is crazy, cause I thought he would NEVER do the sleeve). So I'll be updating y'all with the progress in the next couple of days, but I just wanted to let everyone know that this is the deal.

wow!! thats insane girl!

it sucks that your band slipped but at least you now can get everything going again and be sure that nothing is gonna slip again if you get the sleeve!
